Store Policy


We want all our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase, if something is not right, please let me know. All products come with a full 1 year replacement warranty, unless otherwise stated. Light Bulbs are covered by a 7 Day Exchange Warranty. In the event of a product replacement covered by warranty, kindly contact us immediately by phone or email. All customers who have made an in-store purchase are required to bring the defective item into our store for a direct replacement. All customers who have ordered online, simply take a photo of the defective product and email it to us for a replacement. We will then cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you. Proof of purchase required.



All products are Final Sale, we do not offer refunds.



Product Exchanges Available, however the product you are exchanging must be intact with all original packaging and must be re-sellable in new condition. All exchanges are subject to availability and customer is responsible for covering any additional shipping charges if required. For exchanges, products may only be exchanged for products of equal or lesser value. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees in order to have the exchanged merchandise sent to them.
